As you all know this weekend in the UFC 111, there will be 2 World Title Fights! Lloyd Irvin’s Mixed Martial Arts will be having The UFC Fight Party here in Camp Springs Maryland, so make sure to get here on time!  Hardy vs St. Pierre and Mir vs Carwin are the two main fights.  The actual even will be held in New Jersey and it’s LIVE on paper view.

We will open the doors at 7:30, you can bring a snack or something to eat, potluck style.

There was great Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Training tonight at Camp Springs!  I hope you didn’t miss out!! We are 2 weeks away from Pan Ams, and then the New York Open shortly after.  Everyone is perfecting their game and correcting any wholes in their gameplan.  We are ready for battle!  Those of you with injuries, make sure to rest and take the time to let them heal.
