Brazilian jiu-jitsu training this morning was great! I did a lot of drilling from different positions, then we worked some arm lock escapes, got some rounds in. Nakapan Phungeporn, Mike Fowler, JT Torres, Jim Harbison, DJ Jackson, and a few of the other guys did live rounds for a while. Check out the video below! I will try to post as much videos as I can of the Training Camp. Tonight’s class is going to be a great sweat!
Just a reminder, Brandon “The Truth” Vera will be fighting Jon Jones on March 21st in Broomfield, Colorado. We also have Phil Davis fighting in UFC 112 in Abu Dhabi, this is the first time UFC will be in Abu Dhabi. Legend, Renzo Gracie will be fighting on that card against Matt Hughes. There are some good match ups on that card for sure!
Until tomorrow, I am off to train some bjj!
