Frank “The Crank” Camacho is back from his vacation and it’s a pleasure to have him back. Frank is from the island of Saipan and he moved here to Maryland to train at Lloyd Irvin’s Mixed Martial Arts Academy. His record is 10-2, and he is also a blue belt under Master Lloyd Irvin. Frank is an all around great guy, he is also another person who is ALWAYS happy. The only time I have seen Frank unhappy is when he was cutting weight for his MMA fight! Being from the islands, where there are BBQ’s 24-7, we love to eat, and not being able to eat, he was not such a happy camper. Frank is like family to me and he is a great person, Team Lloyd Irvin is happy to have him back. Check out this video he made to win the trip to watch Brandon Vera vs. Randy Couture in London.
Tonight was an excellent class, we warmed up with some drilling. Lately I have been getting a lot of drilling in and it’s great! Rachel Demara, she is one of our blue belt that train over at Evolve. She joined us tonight in the advance BJJ class. I rolled two round with her, then I rolled with Jared for a few rounds. After that, I rolled with JT and he gave me some great pointers, and showed me a few new moves! I will definitely be adding them into my game! I look forward to training with everyone again tomorrow. Everyone will do great at Europeans and in the ADCC trials. Go Team Lloyd Irvin!!!
