It’s the day after Christmas and I am more than pleased with this year, even though it has gone by so fast.  Today, Master Lloyd held Brazilian jiujitsu training from 1-3 pm and it was absolutely wonderful.  We had a total of 5 black belts on the mat today!!! It was Master Lloyd, Mike Fowler, Master Donnie, Mike Easton, and Wilson Reis.  We had at least 20 or more guys on the mat for a private session.  It’s always good to see a lot of people training, and when we have students and instructors from our affiliate schools.  Students came from Julius Parks Academy; Crazy 88, which is located out in the Baltimore area. Roberto Torralbas who runs Third Law BJJ, and some students from Master Dalla’s School. It was a really good turnout, I wish that students from the affiliate schools came out more often, females too!

Mike Easton, one of Team Lloyd Irvin‘s newest black belts always gives a really nice little speech at the end of class before we bow out.  Today, he mentioned that this upcoming year, we are going to take over the WORLD…and Team Lloyd Irvin will!  He always has positive and inspirational things to say.
