Super Woman Fitness Boot Camp is filling up! This is the 2nd week of Boot Camp and the Ladies are feeling it! If you haven’t signed up yet, then get to it!! Come down to Lloyd Irvin’s Mixed Martial Arts and see what we have to offer.
During the first week of Boot Camp, “SGT” Alyshia had the ladies doing station drills and circuits. Working that upper body and those legs!!
This week, Alyshia had the ladies take it a step up!!! The ladies got to experience a little bit of kickboxing, and they did pyramid workouts. Everyone is pleased their workout routine, now it’s just a matter of sticking to it.
At the end of the 1st week, the total amount of weight loss was a whopping 52lbs! These women are working their butts off, and keeping the diet clean! Exercising and eating healthy is a key to success!
I can’t wait to hear the results from this week.
