Check out footage of Team Lloyd Irvin’s Brandon Vera training for his fight that he had with Randy Couture.  Cant wait to see Brandon back in action.  He had to take some time off to heal up but he is hitting the gym harder everyday.

Brandon Vera has been fighting along side Team Lloyd Irvin since day 1.  Brandon, Kru Jose Villarisco, and Mike Fowler all did their first MMA fights together.  This was back in 2001!  Just seeing the fighter he is today compared to the way he was back then, is amazing.  The transition from amateur to pro, the techniques from white belt to brown belt.  Expecting great things from Brandon Vera in the future and cant wait for his next fight!
