This morning at 6 AM, D Angelo had the guys doing their regular routine of the strength and conditioning workout.
Although BJJ Black belts, Master Lloyd, Mike Fowler and JT Torres are down in Rio and the Brazilian Nationals and won’t be back until Tuesday….SO Team Lloyd Irvin Weekend Competition Team Training- Everyone on the confirmed 2010 World Championship List had practice today at Crazy 88. Tomorrow we will continue with practice at Master Dalla’s school in Woodbridge Sunday from 12:30-2:30pm.

Don’t forget about this upcoming weekend, we have the UWC fights on May 22nd at the George Mason Patriot Center. Team Lloyd Irvin has 4 fighters on the card, and if you are interested in buying tickets, we are selling them at the school.
