D Angelo has been with Team Lloyd Irvin for years. He does the Strength and Conditioning workouts with the guys 3x a week and is preparing Tues./Thurs. at 11 AM and Saturday morning at 6 AM. In this video, he has them doing a lower body workout out, then on Thursday it will be upper body, and Saturday is usually a combination of the 2.
Everyone competing this weekend got a break, we can’t have them doing too hard of a workout the week of the tournament.
