This weekend we have bjj black belt JT Torres, and brown belt Jim Harbison heading out to Ohio to compete in a tournament.  Blue Belts Frank “The Crank” Camacho and DJ Jackson will be heading out tomorrow morning to compete as well.

Tomorrow is the Strength and Conditioning workout at 6 am and then MMA and BJJ practice later.  That will be the end of this weeks hard training.  Last week was a bit mellow, especially for those who competed, but now we are back on it, training for these upcoming tournaments, and mainly Worlds in June.

Tomorrow evening is the WEC Aldo vs. Faber, LIVE on paper view, be sure to check it out.  We will be showing the fights here at Lloyd Irvin‘s Mixed Martial Arts so come and watch it with the team.
